Please see below information below of our upcoming annual general meeting of the members of Volunteer Marine Rescue – Kingborough Inc.
The details of the meeting are as follows:
Date: Friday, November 3rd 2023
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Place: The Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, Marieville Esplanade, Sandy Bay TAS 7005
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
• Find out and ask questions about the operations and finances of our organisation.
• Speak about any items on the agenda.
• Vote on any resolutions proposed.
Members will be asked to vote to:
• Accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• Accept the annual report
• Accept the auditor’s report
• Accept the annual financial statements
• Appoint and pay an auditor.
• Appoint vacant position of the committee.
